Refund policy

At Folk and Bones, we take pride in every product we make. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, we want to make it right.

Returns We accept returns on both defective and non-defective items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in new, unused condition in original packaging. To initiate a return, email us at hello@folkandbones.com with your order number and reason for return.

Exchanges We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery on items in new, unused condition. If you'd like to swap a scent or product, just reach out and we'll get it sorted.

How to return Once your return is approved, we'll email you a prepaid return shipping label to download and print. Return shipping is free — no cost to you.

Restocking fees None. Ever.

Refund processing Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 7 business days back to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.

Damaged or incorrect orders If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@folkandbones.com with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right immediately — replacement or full refund, your choice.

Final sale items Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged or incorrect orders: Contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@folkandbones.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a store credit at no cost to you.

All sales are final on undamaged products. Because our products are handmade in small batches and involve fragrance, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on items that have been opened, used, or that you simply didn’t enjoy the scent of. We recommend reading scent descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Order cancellations: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that, orders are processed and cannot be cancelled.
