By accessing or purchasing from folkandbones.com, you agree to the following terms.

Products: All products are handmade in small batches. Slight variations in color, texture, and scent throw are normal and not considered defects.

Candle safety: Always burn candles on a heat-resistant surface, away from flammable materials, drafts, and out of reach of children and pets. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep wick trimmed to ¼ inch before each burn. Discontinue use when ¼ inch of wax remains.

Perfume oil safety: For external use only. Perform a patch test before use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes.

Incense cone safety: Burn on a heat-resistant surface in a well-ventilated area. Never leave burning incense unattended. Keep out of reach of children and pets.

Intellectual property: All product names, descriptions, photography, branding, and design are the property of Folk and Bones and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of liability: Folk and Bones is not liable for any damages resulting from misuse of our products. By purchasing, you agree to use all products as directed.

Changes to terms: We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma.

Dispute resolution: Any disputes arising from use of this site or purchase of our products will be resolved through binding arbitration in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.

Age requirement: By using this site you confirm you are at least 18 years of age or are using the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
