Shipping policy

Processing time: Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. During high-volume periods (holiday season, new launches) processing may take up to 7 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Domestic shipping (USA): We ship via USPS and UPS. 

Free shipping: Free shipping thresholds and promotions are noted at checkout when applicable.

International shipping: We currently only ship to select international destinations for wholesale orders through Faire. Folk and Bones is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Lost or stolen packages: Folk and Bones is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your order, please contact your local post office or carrier first, then reach out to us at hello@folkandbones.com and we will do our best to assist.

Address errors: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Folk and Bones is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
